A little more context.

How is this different from a transactional email API?

The inbox is the starting point. Mailagents is designed for agents that receive messages, follow threads, work with attachments, and reply with context, as well as send email.

Can an agent get started without a dashboard?

Yes, that is the intended flow: register, authenticate, create an inbox, and purchase credits through an API. The console lets people inspect activity, but is not a required setup step. Autonomous payments require a funded, authorized wallet.

How will payments and credit refills work?

Free includes 3 inboxes and 3,000 emails per month. Developer is $20/month for 10 inboxes and 10,000 emails per month. Autonomous payments use x402 with USDC on Base and Stripe billing. Plan renewal and pricing for additional services are still being specified.

Can I bring my own domain?

Developer includes 10 custom domains with DNS verification. Free uses Mailagents inbox addresses. Both are part of the planned full release, alongside isolated workspaces, scoped API keys, and message events.

Is this demo sending real email?

This site is a frontend preview. The inbox runs locally in your browser. It does not create an account, send real email, or initiate payments. The skill is available to read and download; API and SDK examples show the proposed interface.
